• Delivery of all orders will be to registered address (if no separate Delivery address is provided) of the buyer as per the Order.
• Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
• Orders are shipped through Reputed Registered Domestic Courier Companies and /or Speed Post only.
• Transit Insurance is not included and has to be availed separately by the Buyer.
• We are responsible for the Goods till they leave our warehouse / Store.
• SAI AGS ENTERPRISES is not liable for any delay in delivery or misadventures of the courier / shipping company.
• For International buyers: We Do Not Ship to outside India. You can Place order for delivery within INDIA / arrange pickup.

• Order Placed & but Payment not made:You Order shall be automatically Cancelled within 3 days. You will have to place a fresh order.
• NON-AVAILABILITY OF GOODS:If we are unable to source or Supply the goods, we will refund you in Full.
• Paid Order cancellation & Refund:We offer you Refund if you cancel the order before it is marked as: "Packed" or "Dispatched".If we have incurred any bank charges for the same, then this will be deducted from Refund.However we cannot Refund or Cancel any Order, once the goods have been shipped.
• Return of Goods for Refund / Exchange:If for any reason, you have to Return the Goods back to us, then the Acceptance of this Return will be purely in our discretion.If accepted back, then we shall exchange or pay you after deducting for the charges incurred by us to fulfil this order.
• GST Amount: if we are unable to claim back GST, then the same will be deducted from the Buyer.

• All products have “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” Only. It means warranty is direct by Manufacturer / Distributor Only.
• Unless specified as onsite warranty, all products sold by us carry only carry-in warranty from the Brand / Manufacturer.
• We are a Seller / Reseller / Trader only and hence are not liable for the warranty / support provided by the Brand owners.
• The Buyer has to produce a copy of our invoice for warranty / Support purposes.
• We will assist the user to claim warranty from the Manufacturer, based on the Terms of Use of the Product / Brand.
• Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition.
• Products with broken / burnt part or with pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components / warranty stickers damaged will be rejected and considered warranty void in above conditions. Warranty clause stand void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipment for any reasons causing damage of the products like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem etc., on the basis that under normal condition there would have been no damage of the product.
• Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturer’s warranty policy. In case manufacturer has local service centre then for warranty the customer has to approach the service centre directly with the purchase details.
• Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced or rejected as per manufacturer/ supplier warranty policy.
• We reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, Software CD’s / DVD’s & outer box packing.
• If we act as your forwarding agent to claim warranty, then results of warranty items will be known in a couple of weeks’ time subject to supplier / mfrs. approval.Any service litigation or problems have to address directly to manufacturers/distributor/company direct dealer address only. We are not responsible for any litigation thereof.
